Gold Telecom can now also offer the BT Wholesale calls service. This allows customers to route their calls over the BT network but to be billed by Gold Telecom at a much cheaper rate than BT Retail would usually charge for the same typical business calls. Also, unlike many of the BT Business Plans, Gold Telecom has no set up charge per call and we only charge the calls per second and not per minute.

As well as saving you lots of money on the cost of your call charges, Gold Telecom can also now manage your phone lines for you and give you a large discount on your line rental compared to what you are currently being charged by BT.

The saving on the line rental is usually around 18% - 26% and the same BT engineers etc as at present would still deal with any faults etc.

BT Retail and BT Wholesale are both businesses within the BT Group. The Wholesale division allows end users like you to get the discounted line rental from telecom companies like us. All faults reported by BT Retail customers or BT Wholesale customers, are now dealt with by Openreach, which is the engineering division of BT.

Obviously this would also mean that you would only ever need to receive one bill for both the calls and the line rental and you would no longer have to deal directly with BT in the future.
